Thank you for inviting me to the project! I am thrilled by the opportunity to change the perception of Dubai for Kazakhs. As a Kazakh myself, the concept of the video with "Ойбай" ("Oybay") is very close to me, since this word has accompanied us since childhood in various situations. Let's make it so that after watching, viewers will say, "Ойбай как круто!" ("Oybay, how cool!")

We will show highlights of a Family trip from Dubai in a way to hint: "Every Kazakh can find what he likes in Dubai. This city is full of surprises and accessible to everyone." This approach will allow us not only to convey the uniqueness and diversity of Dubai but also to create an emotional connection with the Kazakh audience. We will be able to make our target audience to feel the energy, impressions, vivid emotions and drive from adventures in Dubai — all the things they value and don't want to miss.

Every shot should engage the viewer in the on-screen actions and convey the mood of a dynamic adventure. We will achieve this effect with arc camera movements around our characters (right to left, top to bottom), also with close-ups to show their emotions and quick aerial shots with crash zooms overhead, to show both caracters and beauty around them. To avoid "choppy editing," I will use transitions through objects (magazines, windows) and hyperlapse around the characters, changing background location.

I envision our story filled with different lighting conditions that reflect the mood and emotions of each family member. In the bazaar scenes, I imagine bright and vibrant colors, creating the atmosphere of a bustling and lively place. During the moments at the Bedouin camp at sunset, I see soft and natural light, giving warmth and tranquility to this moment. At the water park, I see bright and saturated colors, highlighting the fun and joy of the family.

Based on the scenes outlined in the brief, I have written them shot by shot, adding my vision and solutions achieve our desired goal.

Shot 1: The family enters the apartment through the door. All family members have a beautiful dark tan; the grandfather has a travel pillow around his neck, the grandmother is carrying a box of fruits and dates, the parents have shopping bags, and the children have souvenirs. They drop their suitcases and belongings on the floor.

Shot 2: We see numerous relatives emerging from different corners, all simultaneously asking, "So, how was Dubai?"

In this shot, we show how families in Kazakhstan are very close-knit, even with distant relatives, so it's important to show a large number of them, possibly more than 20. This moment reflects the warmth of family relationships in Kazakh culture, where closeness and sharing experiences from distant travels are valued.

Shot 3: We slowly zoom in on the grandfather, who takes a deep breath to answer. The background blurs, his hair flies back, and his eyes start to light up. The camera passes through his eyes, and we see the reflection of blue water splashes of a pool water.

Shot 4: We show the water park from a bird's eye view and quickly descend to the pool by crash zoom. At this time, a grandfather passes in front of the camera, wearing an inflatable duck-shaped balloon on his belt. The camera starts tracking him and we see him screaming 'Ойбаай!' and falls sharply into the pool from the slide, making a huge splash of water around. His hat flies off in the other direction.

Shot 5: The family sunbathes on loungers around the pool. We dolly out and show in sequence how the pool water splashes over the family: the son, daughter, mother, and father. But the camera stops on the grandmother, who covers herself with a magazine, so she doesn`t get water on her. She shakes the water off the magazine and continues reading as if nothing happened.

Shot 6: The camera zooms in on the magazine, where we see a photo of a bazaar and transition through it to the bazaar. Then, there will be a fast-paced walkthrough of the bazaar with its bright colors, variety of goods, and bustling people. Ultimately, the camera stops on the grandmother, who is dressed very brightly, standing out from the crowd.

This shot demonstrates the grandmother's interest in exotic places and cultures, which she saw in the magazine. Here, we also showcase the vibrant side of Dubai, presenting another aspect of the city beyond its skyscrapers.

Shot 7: The grandmother smells Bahur spice. The camera slows down and focuses on her expression. We see her enjoying the aroma, and her eyes reflect serenity and bliss. Then, we hear her softly whisper "Ойбааай!" She then turns her head, looking for the grandfather.

Shot 8: A sharp transition to a scene where the grandfather is sitting at a table and practicing Arabic calligraphy. A dolly in to the grandfather, who, in the process of writing, sticks out his tongue and says "Дууубаай" (Dubai). At background can see the colorful scenes of the bazaar and the people passing around him by motion blur effect.

Shots 10-14: The camera makes a hyperlapse and x arx movement around the grandfather, then around the bazaar, moving through a mall, and finally stops on our family, where the grandmother, mother, and children are waiting by sitting on a couch inside a store. They all suddenly look at the camera, noticing something. The mother has shopping bags, and the children have ice cream and juice.

This technique allows us to transition from one location to another, showing the beauty and grandeur of Dubai without losing the dynamic flow.

Shot 15: We see grandfather and father pompously leaving the locker room in bright suits. The light begins to shine brightly on them, as if they are on a red carpet. People inside the store turn and look. You can see the surprise on their face and the "oooh!" on their lips.

Shots 16-17: Close-up of the grandfather, who takes off his glasses and winks, and the father, who smiles.

Shot18: Grandmother and mother, getting up from the sofa together, playfully say "Oybaaay!" with obvious enthusiasm on their faces, as if they saw their husbands for the first time and felt a surge of bright emotions. In the background you can hear "Ойбаай!" children too.

Shot 19: Mom takes a step forward towards her husband, the camera follows her movement, taking a step forward with her. The camera then pans behind her and the background changes to an aquarium and we see mom and dad walking into a hotel with an aquarium.

Shot 20: A large fish swims above the couple, and they both look up to watch its movement. They then look sharply at each other in surprise and begin to take in air. Freeze frame

Shot 21: The frames rewind super quickly and return to the apartment, where the grandfather was taking in air. Continuing this shot we see how grandfather says a long "Ойбаааай!" His voice is filled with surprise and delight from the trip

Shot 1: Dolly out from a close-up shot of Grandpa, who starts to inhale through his nose to smell the blend of spices in Souk. Then we fly back, showing the beauty of the marketplace.

We fly away from them, we transition from a close-up, where we see their hair blowing in the wind, to a distant shot, showing them in the parachute against the backdrop of Dubai's beautiful sunset sky.

Shot 3: The camera dolly out from the grandmothers, who are inhaling the pure, cool air. Flying backward, we see the beautiful night sky in the desert.

Shot 4: We dolly out from a close-up of Grandma, who also inhales with slight excitement. Flying backward, we see a falcon on her arm and show the Bedouin camp. In the background, you can see the beautiful dance of the Emiratis.

Shot 6: The camera dolly out from Mom and Dad, who also inhale and look at each other. Then, exhaling, they spread their arms wide, catching the wind. Flying backward, we see a panoramic view of the Marina and Burj Al Arab.

The camera stops, showing stuffed dishes and coffee on the table. Dad finishes his coffee and says "Отлично покатались!" (that was a nice ride!)

Shot 10: A close-up of Grandpa, who agrees, nods, and says, "Ойбаай"

(Where do they get so much energy from?!) And Mom answers, "Дубаай..." (Dubai...) nodding her head and shrugging her shoulders.

The background sound changes depending on the place she mentions. When she mentions bazaar we hear the hustle and bustle of the crowd and vendors. When she mentions aquarium the sounds change to the noise of water.

Shot 3: He gestures towards the water and responds, "Давай лучше погоняем" (Let's go for a drive instead) He takes off his sunglasses and winks at the mother, demonstrating his playfulness and readiness for adventure.

(And for your main course?). Grandpa says again: "Meat!". Dad looks up from the menu and asks about dessert: "А на десерт?" (And for dessert?) Grandpa confidently says, "Конечно же, мясо" (Of course, meat)

Shot 7: Dad and Mom look at each other and exchanging smiles, then Dad turns to the camera, as if placing an order, and says, "Как скажешь. Нам пожалуйста..." (As you wish. We'll have...)

Shot 8: Dad continues the phrase "meat fruit," and the camera turns to Grandpa, then through the POV of the waiter, dessert is placed in front of him.

Shot 9: The camera zooms in on Grandpa's hand as he picks up a fork and cuts a piece of dessert.

Shot 10: He raises his hands, and the camera rises with him. The focus shifts from the dessert to Grandpa's face. Grandpa examines the meat fruit on the fork with a mixture of confusion and delight. He exclaims, "Ойбай!"

Shot 2: The camera turns and shows the grandmothers from the front. The grandmothers' clothing has changed to wetsuits, and fishes are visible in the background. The grandmothers look at each other with smiles on their faces.

The camera arcs from bottom to top, initially showing the sky, then stops when the grandmother and grandfather appear on the frame, lying on a rug on the sand. The grandfather points to something with his hand towards the camera, while embracing the grandmother with his other hand, who listens attentively.
